Our beds are warm and comfortable and visitors frequently comment on how well they sleep.
All of our public areas are furnished to a very high standard and are cosy and welcoming.
The house benefits from underfloor heating and is always at the perfect temperature. In addition we have a heat exchange ventilation system, which ensures fresh clean air at all times without the need to open windows, a great bonus in 'Mull Midge season'!!!!
We offer a Wi-Fi Internet connection.
Beverage facilities are available in each bedroom for that early morning or late night cuppa!
Breakfasts are as large or small as you wish and can be any combination from our delicious menu.
We can provide packed lunches and although we do not offer evening meals we can, by arrangement, provide home-made soup, filled baguettes and tea and coffee with shortbread.
Vegetarian and other dietary requirements can be catered for, please advise us in advance.
Some laundry can be done for a minimal charge and we have an excellent 'drying cupboard' for any outdoor coats and boots.
